Step 1
Place your order on our website
- Browse our range of refills and add what you need to your basket.
- We can top up your existing containers (and only charge for what you need) or provide a full starter bottle to get you going.
Step 2
Pick your delivery day
- At checkout, input your postcode and select your delivery date.
- You do not have to be at home on delivery day.
- Tell us where you'll leave your containers and provide any extra instructions to help our delivery drivers.
Step 3
Get ready for delivery day
- Leave any refill containers in your safe spot by 9am.
- We'll send you a reminder the day before.
Step 4
Give us a wave if you see us!
We'll pop round in our electric van anytime from 9am to 4pm to refill your containers and deliver any additional items you have ordered.
Step 5
Enjoy & repeat!
- Collect your refilled bottles from your safe place and enjoy using them around your home.
- The labels we use can be peeled off cleanly and are fully recyclable.
- When you start to run low, just place a new order and we'll be back to top you up!
