Pay after delivery - Terms of service

1. Using the Pay After Delivery Form

  • Customers wishing to use the Pay After delivery service must complete the Pay After Delivery Form.  
  • When completing the form, customers will select either Monday or Friday delivery.
  • We will deliver on the next available Monday or Friday, depending on the option chosen.
  • Orders placed before 9am on a Monday or Friday will be delivered that day. Orders placed after 9am will be delivered on the next Monday or Friday.

2. Product eligibility

  • The Pay After Delivery service is only available for refill products.
  • This service cannot be used for accessories, Starter bottles, Samples or any other non‑refill items.  
  • Customers wishing to purchase additional items should place an order through our website.  Customers can place a website order and a Pay after Delivery form for delivery on the same day, and we will only invoice for the Refills requested via the Pay after Delivery form.  

2. Delivery Confirmation

  • We will send an email the day before delivery to:
    • Remind you of your upcoming delivery
    • Confirm the products we will be refilling
  • If anything needs changing, customers must reply before 9am on the day of delivery.

3. Pricing Agreement

By submitting the Pay After Delivery Form, customers confirm that:

  • They have checked the current refill pricing on our website.
  • They agree to the prices listed at the time the order is placed.
  • All refills delivered will be charged at the live website pricing on that date.

4. Refilling Your Containers

By using Pay After Delivery, you agree to the following:

  • We will assume that the containers left out for us are intended to be fully refilled.
  • Refills are completed in 100ml increments to ensure accuracy and consistency.  For example, if there is 780ml of space in the container we will refill 700ml.  
  • Customers should provide clear delivery instructions using the Pay after Delivery form and ensure containers are left in an accessible location.

5. Invoicing & Payment

  • An invoice will be emailed to you on the day of delivery.
  • Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.  Follow the instructions on the email to complete payment.

6. Late or Missed Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days:

  • Pay After Delivery orders will no longer be accepted for your account.
  • Future orders must be paid upfront via the website.
  • Pay After Delivery may be reinstated at our discretion once the account is up to date.

7. Changes, Issues or Disputes

  • If there is an issue with your delivery or invoice, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
  • We will always work with you to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

8. Service Availability

  • Pay After Delivery is available only within our active delivery zones.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service at any time.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By choosing Pay After Delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact details
  • Provide clear delivery instructions
  • Leave containers out in a safe, accessible location
  • Pay invoices within the 7‑day window
  • Check and agree to the current refill pricing before placing an order
